Considering how much they impact our lives, perhaps we should learn a little more?
We built this project to help do just that.

Approach
Identify people to research and then:
- Research the next person
- Search for evidence
- News, regulatory filings, court documents, academic research, international organizations, etc.
- Document an evidence timeline
- Analyze the evidence
- Calculate rating and confidence levels
- Publish
- Repeat
We use AI assistance (Anthropic Claude) for all of the above. AI Policy
Actions to Date
Found evidence and generated analysis for over one hundred billionaires and ultra-high-net-worth individuals ($100M+). It's a start!
Documented good evidence: philanthropic giving, genuine innovation, infrastructure development, worker protections, etc.
Documented bad evidence: environmental destruction, labor exploitation, financial crimes, market manipulation, regulatory violations, etc.
Established a simple rating system:
- Each person receives a good, bad or undetermined rating based on analysis
- Some land clearly one way or the other; many are complicated
- Included a confidence score for nuance
Then we published the content with a way to browse it.
